1. Restorative breaths
In and out through the nose and into the belly. Slow long breathing puts the body into a more relaxed state so you can respond to stress instead of reacting. It prevents you from absorbing unwanted energy.
2. Take proper breaks throughout the day
No emails while eating, going for a walk at lunch break etc. A few minutes of fresh air can clear your energy field.
Write down all your unresolved, unexpressed emotions on paper at the end of each day. Rip it up and put it in the bin to let it all go.
4 Shower before Bed
Water helps clear your energy field. Never go to bed with toxic energy.
